Life is indeed, full of so many "ifs, ups, and downs". Just the other week, the entire Christian World, commemorated the agony of our Lord Jesus Christ in that far away hill, in an old rugged cross in Mt. Calvary. We gave our souls ample time to reflect and to repent for our shortcomings.

Easter Sunday marks our most solemn and glorious jubilation, coupled with an extraordinary emotions as we celebrate the Lord's resurrection - the symbol of our salvation. Doubtless to say, death in that old rugged cross was exchanged for a crown of victory! The Lord Jesus has redeemed and ransomed us from eternal doom.
That's why I say life is full of "ifs". ( Spell Life ) "L_I_F_E". You take away the first letter L, and the last letter E, and what remains is the word "if ".

If you have all the reasons to rejoice, yet you may have another reason to feel sad and lonely, because life has so many coincidences, surprises, apprehensions, etc. Easter Sunday coincides with the occasion when we bade goodbye and farewell to someone who is dear and close to us. To our brother in robe, our brother in Christ - Fr. Marco. That's why its a very significant and meaningful day for each and every one of us. It's both happy and sad.

To you Fr. Marco, we will value and cherish all the good days we shared together. The goodness that you imparted upon us are fond memories like flowers that will never fade. From the day you arrived you touched our hearts. You are about to go, yet God will never leave us empty. We know God will always replace whatever we have lost. If He asks us to put something down, it's because He wants us to pick up something new. No matter what, God wants us to be more happy than sad.

Fr. Marco, have a happy journey in life, even if it has so many "ifs". Like birds, hope you fly light, leaving behind what you don't need to carry... like sadness, pain, grudges and regrets. Just bring along only with you  - our fond memories of love and your life in your destination will be happy. It hurts us to say - "goodbye".
Rest assured that such memories will bear an indelible imprint in our hearts.

Goodbye, Father Marco.. Hasta La Vista! Till we meet again!
God bless you... är-ē-vā-ˈder-chē...sayonara!!!!
