The KCIC Knicks

We can call them the KCIC kids, Knicks, cuties etc. but they're not completely brats. There is the indescribable sense of joy when you see them in the church or in any KCIC gatherings. Whenever we see them, we start to recall the good old times when our own parents brought us to church too. There where times too that we like better off playing than joining them.

The Knicks may be too resounding when you put them all together but you can't help exclaiming how lovable, adorable, charming and talented they are. Not only to the spirited kids we have now presently but I’m speaking about every KCIC Knick who has been a part of our lovely community because some of them have to either move abroad or go back to our homeland with their families. We missed all of them dearly. They will surely be remembered along and with the memories they had with them, the legacy continues as the little ones now grow with the number of kids in the community.

I am so delighted and proud of these children who are now participating in the Holy Mass alongside with their parents or next to their little buddies. Though they couldn't help but play especially when boredom scores and strike them anytime, yet, I still find it awesome and amazing when you hear them sing especially the song “Glory to God in the highest'” and so goes with the other hymns of the entire Mass. Anyone would peek or have a second or more glimpse of where this angelic voices come from. I will not wonder this will capture the hearts of the other cuties, join them in front and sing together. They are good precedents to the new little ones, too. But do you think that Sundays won't be complete if they don't sit in front and join everyone else? Your right answer is as good as mine. Hopefully the kids will get used to where they are now and the enthusiasm lasts.

We admire and congratulate the parents of these kids who are adamantly encouraging them, teaching them the true intention of bringing the kids to church, and leading them in their early years to attend and hear Mass. Congratulations also to KCIC officers and members for letting them in. We must be proud of the KCIC kids.
