Maybe you have heard about the top of the hour news last April 23,2009. About the popular TV personality, commercial ad endorser, movie actor, singer and a member of the popular group 'SMAP'. Perhaps you are familiar with their songs; Sekai Ichiban No Hana (Only One), Lion Heart, Shake etc.. Probably you may say you heard about them or simply don't care, so of the news. Here is my own version of analysis, if you happen to care. He is Kusanagi Tsuyoshi, 34 yrs. of age and has been to show business for 18 years. According to the news, Kusanagi was arrested by the police in a park near the condo where he lives. Nearby residents reported to the police an alleged man was making noise, shouting, whilst stripped off his clothes and ended up naked. It was reported that after a drinking session with two other colleague, they parted ways and Kusanagi went straight to the park. His case was learned to be 'public indecency'. Later, in the news, all his TV shows, commercials, up coming movie, digital TV ad endorsement and all other projects, that he had earned are all gone and are being banned to show in TV. I'm not an avid fan of the group SMAP, but have seen each member's variety shows and a few dramas. I like their songs and find them nice with their wholesome image as TV personalities. Some were interviewed and asked of how they feel for what happened to Kusanagi?; Disappointed, shocked, down and mostly says 'image down', on his side as a star and as a person.
Most of you might have heard of this already but I still think that we have to give our little way of appreciation to a friend afar. Yup, Brethren Fritz and Pearl Sangilan finally got their Bundle of Joy last April 9,2009 at 10:27 am.
"Lord, we thank you for this another bundle of joy that you entrusted on us. We pray that we will be able to give him all the love, care, understanding, guidance and upbringing that we can in order for him to be the best in whatever he can and wants to be. We know that this is not an easy task but we are so much grateful for this gift. Thank you so much Lord and we pray for your guidance, wisdom and strength for us to be able to provide well our responsibilities and duties as parents."
So, how are our friends from Australia doing? Here's a simple letter from Cupcake to Cang2 that would give you an idea of how beautiful it is to be down-under.
The day we had our Higashihara event was also a Wollongong event there (I love the sound of "Wollongong" reminds me of someone's Nickname. :) )

Before anything else, thanks Sir Winnux for giving me Super Priviledges here in KCIC. What i actually needed was just to post our KCIC 2009 BBQ Party Pics Slideshow here as todays Article.
Anyway, This year's BBQ party was great! The food was Superbly great and was just estimated enough to fill everyone's tummy. The drinks were enough to make everyone laugh and prevented anyone from falling down the walking alley behind the herbs of plants.
I didn't spend most of the time taking pics so i don't have the best angles. Im sure some of KCIC DSLR members had better pics. Im wishing they'd upload them soon too.

Not to be very grandiloquent about it but I think people deserve to know that their generosity has also gained tangible assets. Pharaoh : A few sundays back while driving on our way to church. we noticed that one closed abandoned complex at route sixteen happens to be a small church. I was planning to check on the place however, I realized it was far from the station. This is with regards to our temporary masses when our new church will be built. It is actually accessible by bus from kawagoe eki. but, its not even close to walking distance. (it is however very close to our apartment. hehehe, sori for talking jibberish)

Pharaoh : Hi everyone. Been awhile since Ive been here. Life is unpredictable for me nowadays. After a few months of crunching keyboards, now im facing a few weeks of fieldwork torture. For the mean time that im here let me also share some few experiences. Last week's, bazaar sale was a smash. I mean, for a minute I thought we were going to go home frowning coz we will be eating unsold bihon,lumpia&kutchinta. But, all changed when we suddenly found out that it all went sold. Jesus is indeed marvelous.
winnux : All I am still hoping is the realization of the increase in Child Support (kodomo te atte) despite Hatoyama is not in power anymore hehehehe
winnux : That's the Japs way if things are not acceptable anymore. But in the Philippines, no matter how unworthy our leaders are, they hook themselves into office and remain stay in power.
winnux : Japan PM Hatoyama just resigned from his post. I really admire the Japanese's delicadeza virtue. If someone thinks he is not in the right post and can't perform his job then he will willingly step down from office.
winnux : iijima, you better call the immigration for inquiries directly. I think when you applied for extension, they give you a receipt or a sort of a stub. There is a phone number there that you can call in case you have inquiries.
